My philosophy to restore vitality and joy in life recognizes that disease and ailments originate in the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Physical symptoms draw our attention to go deeper within ourselves. To foster lasting transformation, I help my clients somatically explore and release what’s been locked in their nervous system through embodiment and authentic expression, while supporting the physical body’s rehabilitation by healing the gut, clearing infection, inflammation, and detoxification.

My passion for alternative healing began over 15 years ago, during a profound immersion into the healing arts that started while working at an Ayahuasca Centre in Pucallpa, Peru. This transformative experience deepened my connection to shamanic traditions and inspired my mission to help others access their inner healer and body's innate intelligent capacity for self-healing. 
 

Having faced and overcome my own chronic health challenges—including childhood trauma, sexual abuse, chronic fatigue, depression, and digestive issues rooted in mold and fungal infections—I understand the multidimensional nature of healing.

My practice playful weaves science with spirit, blending grounded knowledge with esoteric wisdom to make complex concepts accessible and relatable. I am deeply committed to fostering authentic expression, believing it to be a powerful tool for inner alchemy—a way to release stuck energy from repressed emotions and ancestral trauma to unlock a joyful, fulfilled life.
 

My approach integrates a unique blend of trauma-informed practices including conscious connected breathwork, somatic practices, parts work (IFS), vocal expression, sound healing, and shamanic modalities. With certifications from the IAKP, Kambo International, The Shift Network, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice.
 

In addition to facilitating transformative experiences, I am the CEO of Candida Cleanser.com and an educator passionate about sharing insights into holistic health. Whether through shamanic journeys, sound baths that soothe the nervous system, or personalized coaching, my goal is to empower clients to reconnect with their inner healer and rediscover their inherent vitality.
